  • Created and maintained a consistent social posting schedule to effectively reach a relevant audience, generating a 465% growth in accounts reached, 123% growth in impressions and a 907% growth in engagements

  • Designed and pitched booth layouts for upcoming trade shows to best display the product and allow for customer interaction

  • Researched and presented proposals for new influencer contracts, including finding accounts, writing and editing contracts, and presenting the benefits of agreements with these influencers

The OU Daily — Engagement Editor

Newsletters

  • Revamped the daily newsletter product, generating a 277% growth in subscribers, 366% growth in opens and 174% growth in clicks. Created a new newsletter that focuses on OU football, which has over 5,200 subscribers and an average open rate of 23% and a 5% click rate. Created special edition newsletters that encompass consistent branding for The Daily and promote product including the paper, podcasts and The Daily’s magazine. Kept detailed data on each newsletter to inform decisions about future efforts.

Instagram

  • Implemented a consistent content calendar to best capitalize on the algorithm and efficiently delegated production to staff members. Worked on breaking news events and prepared multiple drafts for possible outcomes in breaking news scenarios including Julius Jones’ commutation, Lincoln Riley’s departure and OU hiring a head coach.

OU Daily App

  • Worked with developers to create and advertise for The OU Daily app. Manage automatic push notifications, and create and manage manual notifications. Gained 211 users in two months with seven minutes of average engagement per user and an average of six engaged sessions per user

May 2017 - August 2021

Town of Erie: Parks and Recreation — Guest Service Attendant

​Worked closely with numerous departments to ensure the center could handle all its daily activities along with members working out in the facility. Also handled any emergency situations that would arise including medical emergencies, missing children, gas leaks, and hostile customers. Cared for every customer as an individual, as well as part of our community, to ensure their visit to the facility was exemplary.
